A REFINED QUELUZ PALACE WEDDING IN PORTUGAL — PUBLISHED IN VOGUE ARABIA
HESSAH & ALI
Hessah and Ali’s Queluz Palace wedding was one of the most architecturally considered destination weddings we have had the privilege of photographing in Portugal. Set within the grounds of the 18th-century Palácio Nacional de Queluz, one of the finest examples of Portuguese Rococo architecture and a royal residence just outside Lisbon, the celebration brought together Middle Eastern refinement and European grandeur with rare precision.
Hessah wore an Elié Saab bridal, her look completed with Manolo Blahnik heels. The florals, designed by Ely Flowers, wove together tones that felt at once opulent and considered. The planning and full creative direction was led by Weddings by Rebecca, whose expertise in luxury destination weddings for South Asian and Middle Eastern couples made her the natural choice for a celebration of this scale.
The images were published in Vogue Arabia, a reflection of the editorial quality that defined every frame of the day. We photograph a maximum of ten weddings per year, which means every couple and every venue receives our full creative attention. Queluz was no exception.
If you are planning a destination wedding in Portugal and are looking for a photographer who understands how to work within the architecture and light of historic royal venues, we would love to hear from you.
